Job Description

POSITION

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Own meaningful pieces of the work: lead defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing and market access topics.
  • Translate evidence into recommendations: turn data, research, and market insights into clear client-ready deliverables that support strategic decision-making.
  • Help drive project delivery: coordinate with colleagues, track progress, support day-to-day execution, and contribute to smooth communication with client counterparts.
  • Grow as a consultant and market access expert: deepen your expertise in pricing, reimbursement, access, and life sciences while contributing to proposals, knowledge assets, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Market Access & Pricing, management consulting, or a highly analytical pharma role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative foundation, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn evidence into clear business implications.
  • Genuine ambition to grow into a Global Market Access & Pricing expert, building on either local market expertise or broader global exposure.
  • Clear career trajectory, with experiences showing increasing responsibility, learning agility, and potential to create value for clients.
  • Mandatory Fluency in French, fluency in English.
  • Global and local MA&P experience (e.g. France), US market exposure, or a PhD/equivalent degree would be a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI-enabled and proprietary analytical tool and confidence with Excel and PowerPoint.
