Why not consider this role which is based in Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, working across the county of Buckinghamshire.

This post is designed to strengthen the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) Community Paediatric department. You will join the existing team of Community Paediatricians at BHT to deliver community paediatric services to the children and families covered by the ICB in Buckinghamshire. You will spend approximately one day a week working on your negotiated special interest aligned to supporting the team’s strategic objectives. If you do not have a particular special interest, this time will be filled through the provision of general paediatric clinics or other service provision. The service has undergone extensive transformation and now has a comprehensive multi-professional team offering a supportive working environment. Team colleagues include pharmacists, nurses, psychologists, therapists and GPs. We will support and help you build your career aspirations in line with our service needs and would anticipate that you will enjoy a long and rewarding career within our service.

The role will offer the range of community paediatric inputs including general clinics, neurodevelopmental MDT, Children Looked After clinics. There may be additional variety to the role through support to special schools and through any special interest the candidate may offer.
