Requirements
- Must hold CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent Tier-1 Western certification in General/Reconstructive Surgery with at least 5 years of senior consultant experience.
- Proven leadership capability in managing multidisciplinary theater teams and optimizing complex perioperative pathways.
- Flawless English communication skills, profound cross-cultural diplomacy, and a sophisticated approach to executive-level healthcare delivery.
