About Antea Group

Antea Group is a global environment, health, safety, and sustainability consulting firm. By combining strategic thinking with technical expertise, we solve client challenges and create a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable world. We work in partnership with and advise many of the world’s leading companies to address ESG-business challenges in a way that fits their pace and unique objectives. Our consultants equip organisations to better understand threats, capture opportunities, and find a position of strength. We maintain a global perspective on business issues through not only our work with multinational clients, but also through our sister organisations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America and as a founding member of the Inogen Alliance.

About the Position

We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated Consultant to join our dynamic and successful Land and Water Quality team, supporting our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) consulting operations. Based from the Midlands or South East UK, we need someone with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously with efficient decision-making skills to suit the needs of the project, team and self.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning, delivery and management of ground investigations and geo-environmental assessments for major industry clients. With support and guidance from the team, the successful candidate will work across all stages of project delivery – from the planning of simple projects and assignments, identifying key milestones and time frames for delivery, supervising geo-environmental ground investigations, to producing high quality factual and interpretative reporting. The successful candidate will also provide support and guidance to junior staff.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
