Connect to your opportunity
We're looking for people who are natural initiative-takers, who bring out the best in others, are brilliant listeners and can grow our business without compromising standards, integrity or culture.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary product team, collaborating with outstanding digital talent to innovate and create brilliant technology products for our Defence and Security Clients.
In Your Role You Will
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, users and business stakeholders to develop a compelling product vision; translating these, in turn, to well-defined requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing user journeys, processes, and system capabilities to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation or product enhancement.
- Analyse and map end-to-end user flows, system interactions, and data models to inform the design of future services and product features.
- Translate validated product requirements into clear, concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria; collaborating with development and design to ensure technical feasibility and a shared understanding.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog, ensuring that products developed meet customer requirements, deliver value and are appropriately sequenced.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring that developed digital solutions meet the defined user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Perform data analysis on product usage, user behaviour, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product iterations, feature prioritisation, and strategic decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the product team, users, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of product-centric operating models and agile practices within the team, fostering efficient and effective delivery of digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital product development, user experience, and agile methodologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
