Brand Finance
Brand Finance is the world’s leading independent brand valuation and strategy consultancy. We work with CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, and investors to help them understand the financial value of brands and the commercial impact of brand decisions. Headquartered in London, with offices across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Brand Finance combines rigorous financial analysis with strategic insight to bridge the gap between marketing and finance.
Due to continued growth across the Middle East region, we are seeking ambitious and commercially minded professionals to join our Dubai office at either Consultant or Manager level, depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile engagements across sectors including banking, telecoms, real estate, aviation, retail, tourism, and government.
Role Overview
As a Consultant / Manager (dependant on experience) within the Valuation & Strategy team, you will support and lead the delivery of brand valuation, intangible asset valuation, and strategic consulting engagements from proposal through to client-ready outputs. The role combines financial modelling, strategic thinking, research analysis, and client interaction.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across client organisations, helping them understand how brands create enterprise value and support strategic decision-making. Depending on seniority, you may also manage project teams, contribute to business development activities, and play a role in mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Delivery
- Deliver brand valuation and intangible asset valuation assignments for a range of purposes including strategic decision-making, financial reporting, tax, licensing, and transactions.
- Build and review robust financial models including forecasting, DCF analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Translate market research, brand performance metrics, and commercial insights into valuation assumptions and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations with clear narratives, conclusions, and actionable insights.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Ensure high quality standards, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
