London | Hybrid (3 days per week) | Media Agency | £55,000-£62,000 + benefits

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Marketing Science teams, working at the intersection of analytics, consultancy and commercial strategy. The role
You'll take ownership of end-to-end MMM projects, helping clients understand what drives business performance and where marketing investment should go next.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Marketing Mix Modelling projects from scoping through to final recommendations
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear commercial advice for senior clients
- Partner closely with media planners, strategists and client leadership teams
- Manage project delivery and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new analytical solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the agency's Marketing Science and effectiveness offering

What we're looking for
- Hands-on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or econometrics experience
- Previous experience delivering client-facing analytics projects
- Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
- Confident presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders
- Experience using R (preferred) or Python, alongside strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while coaching junior analysts
- Passion for solving commercial problems through data and evidence-based decision making
