At Tetra Tech, we're combining engineering expertise with digital innovation to transform the way clients manage their assets. As a global leader in consulting and engineering, we deliver data-driven solutions that improve performance, compliance and sustainability. If you're passionate about mechanical and electrical building services and want to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK and beyond, we'd love to hear from you.

Purpose & Scope of the Role

As an M&E Asset Management Consultant, you'll support the delivery of asset surveys and engineering assessments across a wide range of client sites. Working within our Asset Management team, you'll apply your knowledge of building services systems to collect, analyse and interpret asset data, helping clients make informed decisions on maintenance, compliance and lifecycle planning. Using digital survey tools and Power BI, you'll contribute to high-quality technical outputs while developing your expertise on increasingly complex projects.

Your Impact in this Position

You'll play a key role in improving the performance, safety and longevity of building assets. From carrying out detailed M&E surveys to producing insightful technical reports, your work will help clients optimise investment, maintain compliance and plan for the future. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to projects that deliver real value across the built environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
