This post is for a Consultant Medical Oncologist with an interest in Melanoma, Skin and Renal, based in Brighton but with a clinic in Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath, as part of UHSussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The workload predominantly relates to outpatient clinical activity, with regular commitments to caring for general oncology inpatients and review of patients in the same day emergency care unit as well as taking part in an out of hours oncology on call rota.
In addition, the post will require clinical leadership, MDT attendance and active participation, medical student and registrar teaching, and there will be clinical research opportunities.

The Clinical Duties Of The Post Include The Following
Outpatient Clinics MDM attendance SACT prescribing Clinical trials leadership and delivery Clinical admin generated from patients seen and liaison with other AHPs, and primary care Clinical Governance meetings Ward reviews when appropriate
