Consultant (m/f/d) Industrial Engineering
Create the companies of tomorrow with us! We are looking for qualified support for our Industrial Engineering teams!
Your responsibilities Develop process planning and efficiency improvement projects for our clients in the UK. Lead collaborative workshops to analyse target processes and create real-time production plans. Optimise workstation layouts and resource utilisation - identify improvement potentials and implement sustainable solutions Balance production flow to maximise shopfloor efficiency and effective realisation of identified opportunities. Visualise analytical results, present findings to management, and support the implementation of improvement measures.

Your profile Successfully completed engineering studies with a degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification. Professional experience in the aerospace or automotive industry and/or consulting with a focus on efficiency improvement programs. Expertise in Methods Time Measurement (MTM) & Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and profound knowledge of project management and lean management tools. Motivation to be part of an international team and taking responsibility for the global ramp-up of our clients. Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
