We are looking for an expert Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to:
- Provide evidence-based medical advice and guidance to employers and employees.
- Work within a collaborative, supportive environment, where your expertise will help shape healthier workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Occupational Health Assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees.
- Undertake case management for a range of health issues, including:
- Fitness for work assessments
- Workplace adjustments
- Return-to-work planning
- Deliver clarity-driven consultations to support referring managers and employees.
- Produce clear, concise, and professional reports outlining:
- Medical opinions
- Recommendations for employers
- Liaise with:
- Employers
- HR teams
- Other healthcare professionals To support:
- Employee wellbeing
- Organisational health goals

Requirements
- Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Physician, with one of the following certifications:
- DOccMed
- AFOM
- MFOM
- FFOM
- At least three years of clinical experience in:
- Occupational health
- Safety-critical referrals
- Desirable expertise in:
- Rail
- Pensions sectors
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in:
- Case management
- Workplace assessments
- Health surveillance
- Excellent communication skills to:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive and solution-focused approach, with:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with key workplace health legislation, including:
- Equality Act
- Health & Safety at Work Act
Working Arrangements
- Full-time or 4-days-per-week roles available.
- Hybrid model:
- Up to 4 days on-site at our clients’ sites (Birmingham and Bristol).
- Remaining hours worked remotely for full-time roles.

Salary & Offer
- Base salary: Up to £140,000 FTE, dependent on qualifications and experience.
