Are you a Consultant Occupational Health Physician looking to elevate your career? You’ll work alongside an experienced and diverse team of Consultant Occupational Physicians, supporting the development of our doctors and contributing to impactful health outcomes across a variety of industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within our Defence and Construction team, delivering expert medical advice and guidance while supporting junior Occupational Health Physicians. Your work will be instrumental in shaping safe, healthy workplaces and fostering workforce wellbeing.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with client contract managers, Client Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding occupational health services. With a balanced schedule of dedicated client clinics and health surveillance escalation clinics, you’ll work across a broad spectrum of clients in safety-critical and industrial environments. Supporting the Senior Medical Director and contributing to thought leadership

Working Remotely, You Will

  • Deliver expert clinical advice through case management, consultations, and collaborative engagement with employers and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct Occupational Health assessments and provide evidence-based advice to employers and employees.
  • Manage a diverse range of cases, including fitness-for-work assessments, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning.
  • Deliver telephone and video consultations with clinical precision and empathetic support.
  • Produce clear, concise, and professional reports outlining medical opinions and actionable recommendations.
  • Liaise with employers, HR teams, and other healthcare professionals to support employee wellbeing and organisational health goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Consultant Occupational Health Physician with:

  • A strong aptitude for client-facing roles, team leadership, and management.
  • HAVS registration and/or appointed doctor status for IRR, Lead, etc. (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working with industrial and safety-critical clients, and supporting Health Surveillance programmes.

Please Note

This is a fully remote position, but applicants must reside and be legally eligible to work in the UK. Working from abroad is not permitted, and candidates must be available to work UK business hours.

Working Hours

We’re open to both full-time and part-time roles (minimum 3 days per week).
