The Opportunity
We are looking for a Consultant/Analyst (6–18 months’ experience) to initially work on Strategy & Commercial projects, with an ability to expand focus across broader Technology, AI and Diligence programmes over time. This role focuses on:
- Commercial Strategy & Growth
- New Market Entry
- Proposition Development
- Business Model Innovation
You’ll be part of small, high-performing teams tackling complex client problems from day one. The focus of the role is on core strategy and commercial problem-solving, with opportunities to gain experience across digital implementation and due diligence as you progress.
You will:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Use data analysis methodologies and software to draw conclusions from client and market data and support model creation
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis to support transaction recommendations
- Support with the creation and implementation of real-world digital solutions
- Contribute to client deliverables and help craft strategic outputs
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on live engagements
- Help translate data and insight into clear, actionable recommendations

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates with 6–18 months’ experience in consulting or a relevant analytical role, alongside a strong academic background (2:1 or above).
You should be
- A structured and logical problem-solver
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Clear and confident in communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in small teams with high expectations
- Proactive, curious, and keen to take ownership
Location
Hybrid of in-person and remote working with offices in Oxford & London
