About the Opportunity
Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting Consultant Specialist Physicians to support primary specialty medical practices across the province of Ontario and Alberta.
These opportunities are ideal for physicians currently practicing in the United Kingdom who are interested in relocating to Alberta or Ontario and transitioning into a Canadian practice environment.
Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Ontario/Alberta through the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSO or CPSA) via an applicable pathway for internationally trained physicians. Full employer sponsored immigration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality patient care within your scope of practice, aligned with Ontario standards and clinic policies.
- Deliver comprehensive care for acute issues, chronic disease management, and preventive care, where applicable.
- Order and interpret investigations, make referrals, and coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinic quality and safety processes.
- Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and evidence-informed care.
- Work collaboratively with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered service delivery.

Qualifications
- Medical degree with UK clinical training and experience (Consultant level qualifications).
- Eligibility for CPSO/CPSA registration (independent practice or applicable supervised/provisional pathway, depending on specialty and role).
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-first approach.
- Comfort working in a structured clinic setting, including EMR documentation.

Compensation
Typical earning potential ranges from $450,000 to $800,000 CAD annually depending on specialty, model of practice, and desired workload.
