Blip Healthcare

Blip Healthcare is a mental health service for children, young people, and young adults aged 7 to 25, delivered by a multidisciplinary team with a named clinician for every case. We are recruiting a Consultant Psychiatrist to join as an associate.

Role

You would provide psychiatric assessment and review for complex cases, medication initiation and management, and consultation to the wider clinical team. Cases are allocated by clinical need, not by referral route. All sessions are delivered by telehealth.

Contract and pay

This is a self-employed associate engagement, not an employment contract. You would hold your own professional indemnity insurance and invoice per session or case. Blip Healthcare Ltd's CQC (England) and HIW (Wales) registrations are both in progress, so session volume is low to begin with and will grow as registration completes and referral volume increases. The role is structured to sit alongside existing NHS or other commitments, with scope to grow into a more substantial or full-time position as caseload increases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
