Our client is inviting experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives (CILEx), and Licensed Conveyancers to join a growing consultant solicitor network, operating in a flexible, modern fee-share model.
This is an opportunity for established legal professionals who want the freedom to build and manage their own practice, while benefiting from the infrastructure, compliance framework, and support of an established legal network.
The Opportunity
You will operate as an autonomous Consultant Solicitor with full control over your caseload and client relationships, while being supported by:
- Full compliance and regulatory support
- Administrative and secretarial assistance
- Marketing and business development support
- Access to an established national brand and introducer network

Your Role
You will independently manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership matters
- Liaising directly with clients, lenders, and third parties
- Developing and maintaining your own client and introducer relationships
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong client care skills
- Existing client following or introducer relationships are advantageous (not essential)
