Overview
We are Crestview Strategy, a leading multinational public affairs agency with teams across Canada, the United Kingdom, United States, UAE, and Australia. We work with some of the world’s most prominent organizations on complex, high-impact government relations and communications mandates. We are looking for talented and motivated team players to join our Fall 2026 Internship Program.
Our Crestview Strategy Internship Program offers a range of learning and development opportunities to work on real-time, comprehensive public affairs files, as part of a team of experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds; and create a meaningful impact with your work. You will develop your professional skill set in an entrepreneurial environment and have access to ongoing coaching and mentoring that is anchored around our cultural values and team collaboration. We offer paid internship opportunities across the year. Our interns are able to work within their areas of interest, where they would like to gain meaningful experience focused on growth. Areas of interest include:

How You’ll Contribute
Government Relations
- Monitor and summarize government and political developments, including committees, question period, and press conferences in the diverse range of policy areas relevant to our clients’ strategies.
- Contribute to the initial analysis of the implications of political developments and their impact on clients and their engagement strategies; collaborating with our team to deliver written products and reports communicating key insights.
Strategic Communications
- Support on client media relations activities, such as media monitoring, media list development, and drafting media materials, while staying on top of breaking news and emerging cross industry trends, to proactively keep clients informed.
- Assist in creating communications content, including press releases, social media copy, executive speeches, and internal communications materials.

Mobilization and Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of grassroots-level campaigns aimed at recruiting and mobilizing Canadians to support various initiatives.
- Support campaign materials, such as drafting social media ad copy, building ads on a variety of digital platforms, and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
Research
- Public opinion research (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data by comparing it with other datasets.
- Summarizing existing research to provide a basis for new research.
- Facilitating the compilation and presentation of data.
- Gathering information from various sources.
- Assisting with business development.
Across all areas
- Assist with drafting and distributing client correspondence and newsletters.
- Provide logistical support, including scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Help maintain contacts and manage distributions lists.
- Support the execution of client events.
Who we’re looking for
You’re curious, driven, and passionate about public affairs, advocacy, political campaigns, digital strategy, or media. You write clearly, think critically, and thrive in fast-moving environments. If you’re leaning toward government relations, we value hands-on political experience – especially campaign or volunteer involvement.
You Bring
- Strong writing, research, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Position Details
We’re hiring for multiple paid internship positions across our Canada office locations, with opportunities in government relations, strategic communications, creative, research, and mobilization. Please highlight your relevant skills and interests in your application, we’ll do our best to match you with the projects, though placements are not guaranteed.
Current salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually.
