Consultants Services Executive

Our client is a unique not-for-profit organisation—the independent authoritative voice on private healthcare in the UK. They research, produce, and publish impartial information on the safety, quality, and costs of private healthcare services, processing data for approximately one million hospital admissions annually. Through two flagship digital platforms—one public-facing and one industry-oriented—they deliver transparency, accountability, and actionable insights, driving meaningful improvement across the sector.

This role is full-time, permanent, with hybrid working (2 days per week in the London office).


The Role

As Consultant Services Executive, you will sit at the heart of the organisation’s engagement activity, fostering trusted relationships with medical Consultants, professional associations, and other stakeholders to support core objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Consultants to assist them in submission of healthcare outcomes data, responding to emails, phone enquiries, and managing external communications.
  • Identify and segment Consultants, initiating contact and providing clear, practical guidance, advice, and information.
  • Monitor Consultant engagement, producing regular progress reports for the team.
  • Monitor and report on the submission of patient outcomes data.
  • Input data and utilise MS Excel Pivot tables for healthcare data analysis.
  • Prepare management reports, supporting the publication of performance measures and fee information.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, escalating correspondence to relevant teams as needed.
  • Attend meetings with Consultants and stakeholders when required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven healthcare administrative experience, ideally in roles involving liaising with medical Consultants.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience with mass mailing and communication platforms, including handling incoming emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated capability to support diverse stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
