About the Role
Our Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team collaborates with leading global investment managers, wealth managers, asset owners, and asset servicers to address their most complex strategic, operational, and regulatory challenges.
As a Consultant in the Asset & Wealth Management team, you will:
- Play an active role in delivering high-impact advisory projects.
- Work closely with senior clients and internal leaders to drive change across the AWM value chain.
- Accelerate your professional development in a dynamic, intellectually challenging environment.
This role is perfect for early-career professionals with 2+ years of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client engagements focused on strategy, operating model design, regulatory change, digital transformation, and risk & compliance for the AWM sector.
- Conduct detailed research, analysis, and problem-solving to generate client insights and recommendations.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, including:
- Presentations and reports
- Process maps
- Data analysis
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to:
- Capture requirements
- Test assumptions
- Support implementation activities
- Simplify project management, including:
- Planning and milestone tracking
- Managing risks and dependencies
- Contribute to practice development, such as:
- Thought leadership
- Knowledge management
- Business development
- Foster strong cross-firm relationships and represent the consultancy professionally and credibly.

Requirements & Qualities
Education & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years industry experience (or equivalent on-the-job experience).
Industry Knowledge
- Basic or intermediate knowledge of asset/wealth management, investment operations, or financial services consulting (preferred).
- Familiarity with AWM products, distribution, operations, and regulatory landscape (desirable).
Technical Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Analytical proficiency with data handling, research, and insight generation.
- Programming proficiency in languages like Python, SQL, R, or C++ (advantageous).
- Hands-on experience with financial data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv) or data warehousing (beneficial).
