The Role
Consulting analysts play a crucial role in the team supporting across a range of client facing and internal activities. This may include the proactive identification of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvements for our clients, or supporting teams through a client bid or diagnostic piece of work.

When joining as a consulting analyst at 4C, you will become part of our Early Consulting Careers (ECC) community. ECC offers you a structured training plan to support your continued learning and development as well as a community of peers to guide you.
Analysts will rotate projects – enabling you to gain a broad insight into our work across different clients as well as our internal initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- PMO – Project Management skills
- Analysis
- Industry and market research and insight development
- Strategic sourcing
- Process improvement support
Skills
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work well as a team and have great communication skills. As the role requires you to do information and data assessment, you should have good analytical ability and enjoy problem solving. A “can do” attitude to solving challenges and ensuring tasks are worked to completion is critical as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
