Job Description

Every day, our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals. Our financial modelling and analytics specialists within the Consulting team help clients make informed policy, programme, and project decisions with confidence through financial modelling and data analytics support.

We build and review financial models that underpin business cases and procurements for major procurements and services across sectors, including transport, energy, waste, healthcare, and social infrastructure. Working with other specialists within the firm, we work for both public and private sector clients, as well as investors on projects that provide valuable services to people in the UK and internationally.

While our work is primarily Excel-based, we also deploy leading analytical tools such as Power BI, KNIME, and Alteryx to deliver insights to clients. We’re happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares; we’ll support you to balance your work and life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
