About The Role...

Our CP Digital Consulting team are growing, and we’re currently seeking a Consulting Director to join them on their journey.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing Digital & Consulting team that sits at the heart of transformation for our clients. We partner with organisations to solve complex challenges, combining strategy, data, technology and people-led change to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

About The Day To Day…
You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;
Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue, margin, and long-term client value Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor at C-suite level Identifying and shaping opportunities for growth, turning client needs into impactful transformation programmes Leading consulting-led engagements across areas such as strategy execution, operating model design, and organisational change Driving business development activity, including proposal development, pricing, and solution design Providing senior oversight across multiple engagements to ensure delivery excellence and strong client outcomes Leading and developing high-performing consulting and delivery teams
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

About You...

In addition to those core values, as a Consulting Director you should;
Have significant experience in a senior consulting leadership role (e.g. Consulting Director, Delivery Director, Programme Director or equivalent) Bring a strong consulting background, with experience shaping and delivering large-scale business transformation programmes. Experience working with non-Private Equity (non-PE) clients across multiple sectors Demonstrate a proven track record of growing client accounts and building long-term partnerships Be commercially astute, with experience in proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pricing Have experience engaging and influencing at executive and C-suite level Bring strong people leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop senior consulting professionals
