Senior Consultant – Programme & Project Management


Location: 📍 London (Flexible Hybrid Working)

Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 (depending on experience) + package

Are you an experienced consultant with a strong track record of leading complex digital transformation and change initiatives? This is an opportunity to collaborate with major organisations on high-profile transformation programmes, supporting them to:

Your Impact

As a Project Manager, you will be central to delivering large-scale transformation programmes, taking them through strategy to execution. You will:

  • Engage closely with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead engagements and resolve complex business challenges
  • Ensure proper delivery across multiple workstreams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex programme and project management engagements
  • Manage large-scale digital transformation and business change initiatives
  • Forge trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive teams
  • Identify, analyse, and solve complex business and delivery challenges
  • Drive delivery excellence, ensuring successful client outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and steering committees
  • Contribute to business development to uncover account growth opportunities
  • Mentor junior consultants and support project teams
  • Participate in capability development and thought leadership initiatives

Who You Are

We’re seeking ambitious consultants with:

  • 7+ years’ experience in delivering complex programmes/projects in a consulting/advice/professional services environment
  • Advanced expertise in programme & project management, especially in digital transformation, business change or enterprise-wide programmes
  • Strong problem-solving skills to simplify and navigate challenges
  • Exceptional communication abilities, including influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proven success in cultivating strong client relationships
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and large teams
  • Commercial awareness to identify high-value opportunities for clients
