Senior Consultant – Programme & Project Management
Location: 📍 London (Flexible Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 (depending on experience) + package

Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you will be central to delivering large-scale transformation programmes, taking them through strategy to execution. You will:
- Engage closely with senior client stakeholders
- Lead engagements and resolve complex business challenges
- Ensure proper delivery across multiple workstreams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex programme and project management engagements
- Manage large-scale digital transformation and business change initiatives
- Forge trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive teams
- Identify, analyse, and solve complex business and delivery challenges
- Drive delivery excellence, ensuring successful client outcomes
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and steering committees
- Contribute to business development to uncover account growth opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants and support project teams
- Participate in capability development and thought leadership initiatives
Who You Are
We’re seeking ambitious consultants with:
- 7+ years’ experience in delivering complex programmes/projects in a consulting/advice/professional services environment
- Advanced expertise in programme & project management, especially in digital transformation, business change or enterprise-wide programmes
- Strong problem-solving skills to simplify and navigate challenges
- Exceptional communication abilities, including influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven success in cultivating strong client relationships
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and large teams
- Commercial awareness to identify high-value opportunities for clients
