Internship Opportunity
Efficio is looking to hire interns to join our consulting team this Summer (1 June - 28 August). This is a fantastic opportunity for students entering the final year of their degree, to gain experience at a fast-growing management consultancy. Following a week of rigorous training, you will be assigned to a project where, under the guidance of an experienced consultant, you will play a participating role in many aspects of client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, evaluating, and synthesising large data sets from a variety of sources, mastering Excel and SQL. The insights and understandings from this analysis will provide important inputs to the project team's recommendations and solutions.
- Support the day-to-day delivery of projects, e.g., assist with developing and issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals from suppliers, and assist with the visualisation and presentation of analyses.
- Interact with clients and suppliers as required. With such a fast ramp-up and involvement in client-facing projects, interns will need to be able to learn fast, get up to speed quickly and work effectively in dynamic environments.
Essential Requirements
- You must be studying in the UK or have the right to work in the country in which you are applying
- An excellent academic background
- Work collaboratively to ensure the success of the project, while also working unaided and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Challenge existing ways of doing things and suggest new ideas.
- Proven critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
- You are in your penultimate year of university, entering your final year (graduation in 2027)

Desirable Requirements
- Ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, enquiring approach
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Another European language (in addition to English) or Arabic, is highly desirable
