Company Description
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Consumer Collecting Specialist to be based in the UK.
The Consumer Collecting Specialist is responsible for supporting the consumer collecting function in its aim of growing our user base of consumers and strengthening brand love among our target group.
The Consumer Collecting Specialist works with the Field Marketing team to recruit, train & retain a student workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors.
- They are responsible for activating brand projects from start to finish, integration of impactful sales support, guiding our Field Marketing team on programme principles and execution standards, working cross functionally on new ways to excite our consumers and most importantly are well connected to changing generational trends; maintaining & growing our presence among students.
- Stay connected to student culture, consumer trends and emerging digital platforms, bringing new ideas to continually evolve programme execution.
Job Description
Support Exceptional Execution of the Consumer Collecting Programme
- Ensuring the Student Marketeers are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand through adequate recruitment and training.
- Work with sales teams to ensure sales support missions are effective & impactful, which includes collaborating on training & reporting tools.
- Deliver national student and brand projects from planning through to execution, including events, student projects, indirect sampling initiatives and innovative Consumer Collecting activities that strengthen Red Bull's relevance with students and drive long-term brand love.
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets and execution standards across Consumer Collecting initiatives, ensuring consistent and premium delivery.
- Own the execution of the indirect sampling strategy. Support the Consumer Collecting Manager in the execution of tactics in relation to brand campaigns.
Strategic Development of Programme
- Support the Consumer Collecting Manager to write, develop & deliver the annual approved business plan and achievement of agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with cross country and HQ marketing specialists to gain project learnings & ideas.
- Regularly assess and analyse the programme, identifying opportunities to improve processes and excite consumers and the team of Student Marketeers.
- Support in identifying, developing & maintaining a strong network of national opinion leaders and creators within the student space with the aim of partnering with them on different projects and support in our programme objectives.
- Stay connected to student culture, consumer trends and emerging digital platforms, bringing new ideas to continually evolve programme execution.

People Development
- Implement and uphold the international recruitment, on-boarding and training modules for global consistency, working closely with HR for local compliance.
- Improve effectiveness of recruitment campaigns by identifying new digital spaces, social media initiatives and relevant organisations to attract the best and most diverse range of candidates.
- Support the recruitment process of Student Marketeers end to end by coordinating the process and carrying out administrative tasks. Work closely with Field Marketing Managers and Specialists on team onboarding and training of Student Marketeers, Student Marketeer Team Leaders and Student Marketeer Captains.
- Spend time in the field with Field Marketing Specialists & Student Marketeers coaching & giving expert feedback which is actionable & development focused. Identify and nurture key talent working on improving succession & pipeline development within Consumer Collecting for the wider organisation.
- Design learning experiences and annual conferences that inspire, develop capability and strengthen engagement across Field Marketing & Student Marketeer programme.
- Act as a role model, displaying the Red Bull values, having a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring.
General Programme Management

- Ensure programme tools, assets and branded materials are managed to the highest standard, supporting premium execution across all activity.
- Ordering, maintenance and management of programme tools, uniforms and other branded items in a premium manner.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage the branded fleet of sampling vehicles & ensure adequate efficiencies within each team. Support & encourage excellent reporting and Student Marketeer engagement within Red Bull University as well as through excellent community management of current and ex-Student Marketeers alike.
- Regularly share best practice examples of Student Marketeer work and national programme updates with the wider Field Marketing team. Regularly review the environmental impact of the programme working with the wider field marketing team to develop a year-round plan and new initiatives to keep it to a minimum.
- Regularly review programme performance, gathering feedback and analysing results to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Marketing Innovation
- Support the Consumer Collecting Manager to develop and deliver an innovative and relevant business plan which complements the marketing priorities of the country, while considering the opportunities & needs of further education students.
- Work with the cross functions to create innovative social media tactics around business focuses including new product launches, campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- We value experience over formal qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Preferably has a driving license
