Salary: Up To £70,000 Depending On Experience.

Role: Consumer Data Media Lead
Team: Internal Media Team
Contract: 12 month basis
Reports To: Head of Media
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of media strategy and data, driving data excellence across media planning and investment. You will play a critical role in enabling smarter, insight-led decisions and improving overall media effectiveness.
Your Impact
Ultimately, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class media data strategy, ensuring our media investments are informed by robust analytics, insights and performance measurements.

- Developing and embedding a media data strategy, including governance, KPIs, benchmarks and dashboards
- Leading campaign performance analysis, identifying Return on Investment and optimisation opportunities
- Partnering with media teams and agencies to enable data driven decision making
- Overseeing media data tools, platforms and reporting, ensuring effective integration and usage
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement, including automation and new data capabilities
Your Ingredients for Success
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience in media analytics, data strategy and digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, highly organised, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
You’ll also have:
- Proven experience in media analytics, data operations or digital marketing
- Strong expertise in data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of media platforms and ad tech (e.g. DV360, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic, tools)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing cross functional-teams
