Job Title: Consumer Insights Manager
I'm looking for an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join a leading beauty business, helping shape the future of a major Beauty category through data-driven decision making.
This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and partner with commercial and marketing teams, transforming customer, market and performance data into actionable insights that drive growth.
You will:
- Partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders to deliver customer-led insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer across the business.
- Combine internal customer data with external market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver market, competitor and category analysis using EPOS and panel data.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear, compelling recommendations.
- Contribute to an innovative insights function, continuously improving ways of working and analytical approaches.

I’m looking for:
- Experience in a Consumer or Category Insights role within retail, FMCG or Beauty sector.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and customer trends.
- Hands-on experience with market data sources such as Circana and Kantar, alongside EPOS and panel data.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise multiple data sources into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
