Consumer Insight Manager (Maternity Cover) – Brand Marketing
Location: Recruitment across C&C Group plc markets (UK & Ireland)

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead consumer and market research initiatives, delivering actionable insights that shape brand strategy, product development, and commercial decisions for the entire Beer portfolio.
- Surface fresh perspectives across PORTFOLIO brands: Tennent’s Lager, Menabrea, Heverlee, Drygate, and Innis & Gunn, integrating insights into brand growth plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- Internal teams: Brand Marketing, Sales, Category Insight, Technical & Innovation
- External partners: 3rd-party suppliers and research agencies such as Kantar and Nielsen
- Execute qualitative and quantitative research, track marketing effectiveness, manage brand health programmes, and distil complex findings into clear, impactful recommendations.
- Align insight-driven actions with short-term targets and long-term brand growth.
About You: Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in consumer insight or market research, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or a consumer-focused sector, with expertise in:
- Methodologies: Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Vendor Experience: Partnerships with Kantar and Nielsen.
- Analytical Commercial Flair: Balancing data rigour with strategic, business-minded insight.
- Multitasking: Managing multiple projects and agency relationships.
- Communication: Presenting insights clearly and persuasively to influence brand and commercial decision-making.

- Contribute to innovation processes (concept and product testing).
- Translate market trends into actionable tactics for brand and commercial teams.
- Own insight inputs in brand planning cycles, including ongoing research and bespoke projects.
