Are you an experienced Consumer Products Marketing professional with a background in licensed brands and the Spanish market?

We're partnering with a global entertainment business to recruit a Marketing Lead to lead consumer products marketing across Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with globally recognised brands, leading licensees and major retail partners, delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and commercial success.

While based in London, this role has a strong focus on the Spanish market, making it ideal for someone who has previously lived and worked in Spain and understands its retail and licensing landscape.

The Role

Reporting into the EMEA Consumer Products Marketing team, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across Spain, working closely with licensees, retailers and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class consumer products marketing.

The role combines approximately 60–70% retail marketing with 30–40% licensee marketing, spanning digital, social, influencer, experiential and in-store activation.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated consumer products marketing campaigns across Spain.
  • Partner with licensees to support licensed product launches and marketing activations.
  • Deliver retail marketing campaigns with leading Spanish retailers.
  • Collaborate with commercial, PR, publicity, social, events and creative teams.
  • Localise global marketing campaigns for the Spanish market.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 8+ years' marketing experience (exceptional candidates with 6–7 years' highly relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Proven experience within Consumer Products Marketing.
  • Experience working in a licensing environment, either as a licensor or licensee.
  • A broad marketing background covering retail, brand, digital and experiential marketing.
  • Previous experience living and working in Spain, with a strong understanding of the Spanish consumer products and retail landscape.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
