Account Director – PR Agency
This role has been created in one of the PR agencies to watch at the moment. They are looking for an Account Director to play a key role leading clients and the talented junior team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Running a small team
- Client leadership
- Business growth and direction, working closely with the Founder and Directors

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small but talented team
- Drive client relationships with a hands-on, strategic approach

Essential Requirements
- Working at Account Director level, or an experienced Senior Account Manager, within a creative, consumer PR agency
- Thriving in a flexible, less bureaucratic environment—able to take initiative without micromanagement
- Strong self-discipline and commercial acumen to drive business and team success
- Proven experience in direct line management, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Essential to be entrepreneurial with an eye for long-term growth and high-impact results
- Ability to stay ahead of cultural trends and celebrate diversity in referencing points—both creatively and strategically
