The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to join a global entertainment business, leading retail marketing for the Spanish consumer products market.
Working across licensed products, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with retailers, licensees and brand partners to drive consumer engagement and commercial success. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with teams across Europe while working closely with stakeholders based in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated retail marketing campaigns across the Spanish market.
- Create engaging marketing activations across in-store, e-commerce, social commerce, digital and live events.
- Build and manage marketing campaigns for licensed consumer products from planning through to execution.
- Partner with retailers, licensees and agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns that increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Develop strong relationships with key retail partners and local Spanish brands.
- Manage campaign budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Identify consumer and retail trends to inform innovative, commercially focused marketing strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with local and EMEA teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

About You
You'll be a strategic, creative marketer with experience delivering successful retail or consumer product campaigns within a licensing, entertainment or FMCG environment.
You'll ideally have:
- 6-8+ years' marketing experience within consumer products, retail, licensing, entertainment or partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish retail landscape and consumer market.
- Experience working with retailers, licensees or both (retail experience is particularly valuable).
- A broad marketing background covering retail, digital, brand and shopper marketing—not purely social or digital marketing.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A commercial mindset with strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Fluent English and native or fluent Spanish.
- Previous experience working in Spain with an established understanding of the local market and retail landscape.
