This is an exciting opportunity to join a global entertainment business and support the Consumer Products team in delivering impactful retail marketing campaigns across Spain.

The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of the Spanish retail landscape and develop campaigns that maximise brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver 360° retail marketing campaigns across mass-market, specialist, and e-commerce retailers.
  • Define the optimal marketing and media mix for retail campaigns, including:
    • In-store communications
    • E-commerce activations
    • Social commerce
    • Launch events
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives supporting key entertainment titles.
  • Own and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Collaborate with licensees to execute retail-specific campaigns and integrate partner activity into wider marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, licensees, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Apply knowledge of retail strategies and consumer trends to create innovative yet commercially viable marketing solutions.
  • Drive consumer engagement and sales through digital marketing activity, including:
    • Social media campaigns
    • Influencer partnerships
    • SEO
    • Display advertising
    • Sponsored products
    • Custom content
  • Champion the overall retail marketing strategy, encouraging creativity, innovation, and best practice.
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling marketing concepts and assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years' marketing experience within one or more of the following:
    • Consumer products
    • Licensing
    • Retail
    • Partnerships
    • Entertainment
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish retail market, including mass-market, specialist, and e-commerce retailers.
  • Experience working with major Spanish retailers such as:
    • El Corte Inglés
    • Inditex
    • Carrefour
    • Fnac
  • Excellent knowledge of the licensing landscape and current retail and consumer trends.
  • Broad marketing expertise across:
    • Retail marketing
    • Social and digital marketing
    • In-store marketing
    • Influencer marketing
    • PR
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent creative judgement.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Spain and occasionally across the EMEA region.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential).
