Join Premier Foods — where people, brands and purpose come together.

At Premier Foods, we're proud to be the home of some of the UK's most loved food brands. Behind every product is a commitment to quality, safety and putting our consumers first. We're looking for a proactive and organised Consumer Relations Coordinator to join our Central Technical team on a maternity cover contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with consumer care experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellent service and insights across the business.

What you'll be doing?

As Consumer Relations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our consumer care function. You'll work closely with our outsourced consumer care team, internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure consumer enquiries and escalations are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the consumer care team, including voucher management, BACS requests, invoice administration and system monitoring.
  • Supporting the resolution of consumer escalations, providing guidance and expertise on more complex cases.
  • Handling escalated consumer calls and emails when matters cannot be resolved through standard processes.
  • Producing and delivering accurate consumer care reporting for manufacturing sites, R&D teams and wider business stakeholders.
  • Providing cover for other Consumer Relations Coordinators during periods of absence.
  • Supporting key consumer care and supplier assurance projects as required.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
