We are passionate about the development, manufacture, and distribution of ostomy, incontinence, and wound care products, as well as supportive products for enteral nutrition. Our products are already in use in over 30 countries worldwide.

To support our team, we are looking for a Consumer Sales Representative to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in growing our consumer community by delivering exceptional service and personalised support. Day to day, you'll:
- Follow up consumer enquiries and guide people through becoming a Unora consumer
- Send out product samples to consumers and guide them through next steps
- Build trusted relationships through warm, professional, and compassionate conversations
- Take time to understand each consumer's individual needs and recommend products and services that are right for them
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in line with consumer needs
- Prepare, plan, and manage daily consumer interactions efficiently
- Accurately record consumer interactions and outcomes within our internal systems
- Share ideas, celebrate successes, and contribute positively to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile
We're Looking For Someone Who Genuinely Enjoys Speaking To People And Is Motivated By Helping Others While Achieving Great Commercial Outcomes. You'll Ideally Have
- Experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role, with confidence building relationships over the phone
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make people feel listened to, understood, and supported
- A positive, resilient, and target-focused approach, with experience working towards sales or conversion goals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using multiple systems and IT applications with intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- GCSE level literacy and numeracy (or equivalent)
- A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry
- Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer environment
- An understanding of consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling based on consumer needs
- Experience supporting consumers or patients in sensitive or healthcare-related settings
