Meet the Team
Platform Solutions is a rapidly evolving organisation that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to investment professionals at scale. Within this organisation, the Content Solutions team serves as a central hub for expertise and insight across alternative data, independent research, and investment tools. The team works closely with partners across Platform Solutions, including Corporate Access, Broker Relations, and Sector Specialists, to shape how content is sourced, evaluated, and delivered across the firm.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and evaluate data and research products relevant to EMEA Consumer & Technology, serving as a subject matter expert within your coverage area
- Publish proprietary commentary and host events that deliver timely intelligence and meaningful value to investment professionals
- Optimise the content portfolio within your focus area by onboarding high-value products, offboarding lower-value offerings, and guiding users toward the most effective content for their strategies
- Continuously improve how content is sourced, assessed, and delivered at scale by testing new approaches, leveraging internal technology, and using data-driven insights to refine workflows and measure impact
- Partner across Platform Solutions and with Corporate Access, Broker Relations, Sector Specialists, Business Management, Data Science, AI and Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver cross-functional solutions
- Build strong relationships with investment professionals to understand their content needs and apply their feedback to strengthen the firm’s content platform
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with content providers, negotiate strong commercial terms, and create opportunities to access differentiated, high-value content
- Manage a high volume of work across diverse functions and competing priorities with strong organisation, clear communication, and consistent execution

What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional experience across finance, data, and/or research
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess products rigorously and develop clear, well-supported recommendations
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights
- A proactive, innovative mindset and a track record of improving processes, testing new ideas and technologies, and learning quickly from results
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and build strong partnerships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to establish credibility with investment professionals and content providers
- Excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate independently in high-volume, ambiguous environments while staying focused on results
- Strong data literacy and familiarity with discretionary and systematic investment processes; experience in EMEA Consumer & Technology is preferred
