Job title: Contact Advisor (Part-Time) Job Description: This is a part-time, fixed-term role working 30 hours per week (9am-3pm Mon-Fri), based onsite at our Upavon, Wiltshire office. This contract will end on the 31st March 2027. Being office-based means you will benefit from hands-on support, in-person training, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues in a collaborative setting. What you’ll be doing Answering inbound calls from individuals interested in joining the British Army Responding to candidate enquiries via online webchat Updating and maintaining accurate records on our internal systems Providing clear information about the recruitment process and next steps Escalating issues or queries when appropriate Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment What we’re looking for Essential Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Strong listening skills with the ability to capture information accurately Flexibility to work a shift pattern between 8.15am and 7.00pm A patient, empathetic and professional approach Desirable Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
