Job Title: Contact Center Senior Test Analyst
Duration: long-term contract
Location: Hybrid (x3 days from Horsham or London)
Visa: Only ILR/British
Banking and Insurance experience preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Senior Test Analyst to provide independent QA oversight for a large-scale Contact Centre and Infrastructure Migration programme. You will govern testing activities, challenge vendor deliverables, establish quality gates, and ensure successful end-to-end testing and business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent Test Assurance and Governance.
- Review and challenge test strategies, plans, and vendor deliverables.
- Define test governance, quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and POAP.
- Oversee Regression, Integration, UAT, Network, DR, Rollback, Call Recording, and End-to-End testing.
- Manage defect governance, risk reporting, and executive status updates.
- Ensure test evidence, business sign-offs, and programme closure activities are completed.
