Nisbets Customer Service / Contact Centre Advisor – Vacancy Starts 13th April 2026

Normal Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid working available after settling in period.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment where we prioritise your growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing efficiently with customer service queries via phone, QMS, email, or webchat, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborating across departments to build strong business relationships.
  • Developing product knowledge to assist with technical issues.
  • Staying updated on marketing and promotions.
  • Accurately recording all transactions and conversations in our system.
  • Handling first-line complaints and additional customer service activities.

What You’ll Need

You must demonstrate:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Patience and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail

While previous customer service experience is desirable, it is not essential—we offer full training.
