What does the role include?

  • Offering great customer service to our customers to ensure that they feel valued and assured in the decisions they make via various mediums including Telephone, Emails and our Live chat function.

What Skills and Experience are required?

At Hughes, we believe in developing and training our team members. Our business has been built on customer service. Whilst you may not have huge prior experience you will be guided, trained, and developed to provide the ‘Hughes Experience’

We recognize that not all customers and colleagues are the same and you will learn to tailor your approach to each situation.
