We’re looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our friendly team in Preston, Lancashire.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
- Managing order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
- Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly, quickly, and effectively
- Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment

Who We’re Looking For
You might be a recent graduate, returning to work, or looking for a career change. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn, passion for customer service and putting the customer at the heart of what you do.
Our successful candidate will need:
- Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills (telephone, online, and email)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under own initiative
