Contact Centre Representative

Driving Excellence at Every Touchpoint

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for Careline365, engaging with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support. Whether responding to enquiries, exploring customer needs, or collaborating across departments, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our services.

Key Details

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: 5 days a week, Monday – Sunday (07:00 – 22:00)
  • Salary: ÂŁ24,979.50 per annum (ÂŁ12.81 per hour), with potential increases based on KPIs
  • Location: Norwich (Hybrid work within the UK)
  • Training: Mandatory 2 weeks of full-time training (Mon-Fri, 09:30 – 17:00)
  • Start Date: July 2026

    Note: This role is subject to pre-employment screening, including basic DBS checks and two years of referencing. Screening must be completed before the start date which may result in adjustments.


Essential Requirements

  • Commitment and Passion: A genuine desire to help others, combined with empathy and attentiveness to customer needs.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role, with strong customer service skills. Advantageous if you’ve worked in a contact centre—though all training is provided.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems—CRM experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility:
    • Confident working across teams under operational demands.
    • Comfortable handling diverse customer interactions, including complaints and sensitive issues.
    • Professionalism in resolving conflicts with empathy.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional support, addressing inbound enquiries and following up on customer needs via:
    • Inbound calls (new & existing customers).
    • Outbound calls to support ongoing transactions.
  • Collaborate with across all departments to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistent customer service.
  • Flexibly support teams across the Contact Centre as operational needs demand.
  • Enhance Customer Relations by:
    • Managing customer enquiries.
    • Resolving concerns in line with company service standards.
    • Supporting complaint resolution effectively.
