Job Title: Contact Centre SME (CCaaS)
Day Rate: £500/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Hybrid in London
Contract Length: 12 months
Contact Centre SME (CCaaS) - Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Contact Centre and Customer Experience (CX) technologies, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on modern CCaaS solutions.
- Support business growth by shaping opportunities, leading customer workshops, contributing to proposals and RFP responses, and working alongside sales and delivery teams to secure new engagements.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners, including NICE, Genesys, AWS, and other key vendors, driving joint go-to-market initiatives and solution development.
- Advise enterprise clients on Contact Centre transformation, cloud migration, AI, automation, and digital customer engagement strategies, influencing senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Contribute to the development of the Contact Centre practice through thought leadership, mentoring colleagues, and representing the organisation at customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums.

Contact Centre SME (CCaaS) - Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Contact Centre, Customer Experience (CX) or CCaaS Subject Matter Expert, Principal Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar client-facing leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise across leading Contact Centre platforms such as NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, or other enterprise CCaaS technologies, with a solid understanding of cloud-based customer engagement solutions.
- Demonstrable experience supporting business growth through pre-sales, solution shaping, strategic account development, go-to-market initiatives, or partner engagement within enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives, facilitate workshops, and build long-term relationships with customers and technology partners.
- Experience contributing to complex enterprise bids, proposals, and transformation programmes, ideally within the Financial Services sector or other large enterprise organisations.
