Description

Do you have a passion for marketing, a knack for storytelling, and an interest in creating content that makes an impact? If so, this role could be perfect for you.

Working closely with our Global Marketing Team and fellow content team members, you’ll help bring Human8’s ideas, insights, and expertise to life. You’ll turn complex thinking into clear, compelling content and activate it across our owned channels, global campaigns, and social media. By collaborating with subject-matter experts across the business, you’ll help create and scale content that builds brand awareness, supports our commercial teams, engages clients and prospects, and strengthens the Human8 brand.

This is a temporary 12-month role, offering an excellent opportunity to broaden your marketing expertise, support, and take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to impactful marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the content team, subject-matter, and solution experts to create engaging, high-quality content (e.g., our yearly consumer trend report) for regional and global campaigns.
  • Repurpose and extend campaign assets into new formats to maximise their reach and lifespan.
  • Experiment with creative (digital) formats that attract new audiences and deepen engagement.
  • Assist with analysing the performance of campaign tactics and translate learnings into future optimisations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Activation Managers to better understand regional needs and support in shaping regional campaigns and assets, ensuring brand consistency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
