Overview

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Content Adaptation Manager to join a global marketing team on an initial 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content adaptation, localisation, marketing operations, or creative project management. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end adaptation of marketing content across French-speaking markets, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with agencies, stakeholders, and internal marketing teams, you will oversee multiple content workflows simultaneously, driving efficiency, consistency, and quality throughout the content adaptation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple content adaptation and localisation projects across French-speaking markets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Review and manage content adaptation workflows, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Drive high standards of content quality, ensuring all deliverables meet business and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure content is delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of content management processes and workflows.
  • Utilise Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Legal Review (MLR) systems to manage content approvals and distribution.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress, milestones, and delivery status.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
