Content Adaptation Manager – Contract Opportunity
I’m currently working with a global client looking to appoint an experienced Content Adaptation Manager on an initial 12-month contract based in London.
This role will focus on managing the delivery of high-quality creative and content adaptations across multiple markets and channels, working closely with agency partners and cross-functional customer engagement teams.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end content adaptation process Coordinating with agency partners to deliver creative adaptations Collaborating with CX, engagement, and channel stakeholders Managing approvals, feedback, and delivery timelines Supporting efficient adaptation workflows and processes

Required experience: Background in content adaptation, localisation, creative operations, or campaign/project management Strong stakeholder and agency management experience Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience within CX, digital marketing, or omnichannel environments is advantageous Fluent English required French language skills highly desirable
