Content and Communications Executive
As Content and Communications Executive, you will plan, produce, and publish content across FGE NexantECA’s owned channels – from the website and LinkedIn to thought leadership and internal communications. You will also own the firm’s SEO and web optimisation output, filling a genuine gap in how we grow and sustain our digital presence. Working closely with research, consulting, and commercial teams, you will ensure everything we produce is accurate, purposeful, and consistent with how we want the firm to be seen. We are looking for a confident content professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and produce work they are proud of across a range of formats and channels.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a content, communications, or digital marketing role, ideally within B2B, professional services, or a research-led organisation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp sense of tone, clarity, and audience.
- Proven experience managing corporate social media channels and producing content calendars end to end.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web content optimisation.
- Comfortable working with technical subject matter experts to extract insight and shape it into publishable content.
- A data-literate mindset – able to interpret channel analytics and turn them into practical recommendations.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality or attention to detail.
- Experience with CMS platforms; familiarity with Webflow is an advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
