FREEDOM TO CREATE | TRUSTED AS THE FACE OF THE BRAND | LAUNCHES & EVENTS | TRAVEL | BTS | FLEXIBLE WORKING

Debut Studios is looking for a creative, proactive Social & Content Lead to take ownership of our social presence and help shape how the brand is seen online.

This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules posts. We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media, understands what captures attention, and knows how to build a brand through great content.

You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, create content, spot opportunities and help position Debut Studios as one of the leading creative brands in the industry.

We're a small team, so we're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys ownership, and is excited to build something.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing Debut Studios' Instagram, TikTok and wider social presence
  • Planning, creating and executing content across multiple platforms
  • Developing creative ideas and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Identifying trends, collaborations and content opportunities
  • Helping shape and elevate Debut Studios' online presence
  • Attending launches, events and shoots, with occasional travel
  • Confidently appearing on camera and becoming part of the face of the brand where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How to apply

Please send your CV along with links to social media accounts you've personally created or grown. This could be your own Instagram, TikTok or another account where you've had genuine creative ownership.

We're far more interested in seeing real content you've created than polished portfolios or Canva presentations. We want to see your creativity, your eye for content and your understanding of what makes people engage online.

If you've worked on brand accounts as part of a wider team, please let us know exactly what your role was and which aspects you personally owned.
