At Launchmetrics, content is a strategic lever. Our insights power the decisions of the world's leading Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty (FLB) brands, turning data into narratives that shape conversations and drive business impact.

Reporting to the VP of Brand & Communications, the Content and Social Media Associate Director will own the development, execution and performance of Launchmetrics' global content and social media strategy, driving initiatives that amplify the company's voice, engage key audiences and deliver measurable business impact. Operating as a key connector across Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will define strategic direction and ensure effective execution, aligning content with business priorities, maintaining a consistent brand voice and taking ownership of team initiatives end-to-end.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening Launchmetrics’ authority across the FLB ecosystem through high-impact storytelling and thought leadership while generating qualified leads to support business growth. In close collaboration with the VP of Brand & Communications, the Content and Social Media Director leads and develops the broader Content team.

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate the execution of content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand voice
  • Consolidate and analyze performance data, defining KPIs and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders across the marketing team (Brand & Business Marketing, SEO, Design, Digital) as well as cross-functionally (Product and Customer Success)
  • Embed AI tools and workflows to maximize productivity, accelerate production cycles and empower the team to focus on high-impact strategic and creative initiatives
  • Lead and develop the Content team, overseeing performance and ongoing skills development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
