The team is committed to supporting parents with long-lasting, multi-functional products that grow with their baby, from pregnancy and beyond.

Role Description

The Content and Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across CuddleCo’s social media channels, website, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.

  • Drafting posts and campaigns
  • Optimizing content for reach and engagement
  • Monitoring performance metrics to refine strategy

The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to support launches, promotions, and brand storytelling, as well as responding to community interactions and messages in a timely, professional manner. The Content and Social Media Manager will also research trends within the nursery and parenting market, propose new content ideas, and help strengthen CuddleCo’s digital presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand channels and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content strategy and planning, including creating editorial calendars and aligning content with business objectives.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience with basic analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize content and social media activity.
  • Familiarity with the nursery, baby, or lifestyle sector, or a strong interest in parenting and family-focused brands.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manchester, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in content or social media roles, ideally within consumer products or e-commerce environments.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial.
