Creative Content Architect

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Core Role:

  • Architecting and executing a unified content strategy across all client platforms (blogs, social media, website, email).
  • Writing compelling, SEO-optimized copy for landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns that convert visitors into leads.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Campaigns team to ensure content is aligned with keyword targets and performance metrics.

Must-Have:

  • A portfolio demonstrating versatility across technical and creative copy, and strong familiarity with SEO best practices.

Desired:

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.

Campaigns Executive

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Core Role:

  • Planning, execution, and optimization of all PPC, social media, and SEO/SEM campaigns to meet client ROI targets.
  • Managing budgets and ad creatives on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Campaigns team to ensure content is aligned with keyword targets and performance metrics.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and a strong, analytical mindset.

Core Role:

  • Managing project timelines, delegating tasks, and providing constructive, detailed feedback to junior and senior designers.
  • Acting as the primary design consultant in client meetings, articulating complex design decisions and building client trust.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and a strong, analytical mindset.

Desired:

  • Expertise in 3D Visualization Tools or AR/VR Design; Experience presenting creative concepts to executive-level clients.

Trainee Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Core Role:

  • Planning, execution, and optimization of all PPC, social media, and SEO/SEM campaigns to meet client ROI targets.
  • Assisting with image sourcing, cutting, masking, and preparing final files for print and digital use under close supervision.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions, studying brand guidelines, and absorbing best practices for design strategy and execution.

Must-Have:

  • Formal Qualification (or Ongoing Studies) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a Related Field. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Desired:

  • A foundational understanding of typography and color theory; a strong eagerness to learn and take feedback.

Product Media Creator

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Core Role:

  • Executing creative, professional product photography and short-form videography to drive audience engagement and conversion across digital channels.
  • Shooting and editing high-quality product photos and short videos for client websites and social platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). This includes demonstrating products and features to engage with the target audience.
  • Utilizing an iPhone with a Gimbal (or similar mobile setup) to ensure production agility, speed, and cost-effectiveness for both photography and videography.

Must-Have:

  • Proven portfolio of product photography/videography (mobile-shot content preferred) and experience with mobile editing tools.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of lighting techniques for small-scale product shoots and experience scripting short videography demos.

Multilingual Brand Spokesperson

Key Responsibilities (JD)

Core Role:

  • Presenting and demonstrating a range of brand products in video format for online platforms.
  • Delivering scripts with clarity, energy, and authenticity, ensuring the tone aligns perfectly with the brand’s identity.

Language Focus:

  • Fluency and professional presentation skills in both Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, and English are required. Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.

Must-Have:

  • On-camera experience, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to memorize or deliver scripts naturally.

Desired:

  • Experience with teleprompter use and a strong portfolio of demo or instructional videos.
